Emaar Properties announced a contribution of AED 100 million in support of the Edge of Life campaign to rescue five million children from hunger.
The campaign was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with the aim of raising at least AED 1 billion to help fight childhood hunger worldwide.
Emaar's contribution forms part of a wider community response to the campaign, which operates under the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI).
Organised in partnership with UNICEF, Save the Children, the Children's Investment Fund Foundation and Action Against Hunger, the campaign focuses on children facing hunger in vulnerable communities, particularly in areas affected by natural disasters and conflict.
