His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has served as Crown Prince of Dubai since 1 February 2008.
His Highness leads efforts to realise the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum through strategic development plans and initiatives that enhance quality of life.
On 14 July 2024, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE.
Throughout his journey, His Highness has spearheaded major strategies and launched numerous economic, social, humanitarian, cultural and sports initiatives.
As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MBRGI, His Highness oversees efforts to expand the impact of humanitarian, developmental and social programmes around the world.
